Linc Allston

Brand and Marketing Campaign Development

Client: National Development
Team: Paul Reiss and Andrea Cincotta

Activating an audience to make a move (literally). Located in one of Boston’s most student-dominated neighborhoods, 525 Linc is a residential building offering a new style of living. It combines the independence of an apartment with the community of a dorm. And all of this comes fully styled by experts!

We crafted an playful and defiant campaign that honored Allston’s alt-rock legacy. Understanding that co-living appeals to the adventurous spirit, we positioned it as more than just another housing option—it was an open invitation to re-think the way you spend your time, money, and life.

We opted for irreverent hand-drawn sketches and eclectic tape as a bag of tricks to layer in along with candid polaroids highlight the emerging bonds of genuine friendship.

The priorities of our target market is convienince, affordability, companionship and experiences. We imagine many of them are in that awkward phase right after college, or moving to Boston from abroad.
