           Activating an audience to make a move (literally). Located in one of Boston’s most student-dominted neighborhoods, 525 Linc is a residential building that offers a new style of living that combines the freedom and independence of an apartment, with the built-in community of a college dorm.




            We crafted an playful and defiant campaign that honored Allston’s alt-rock legacy. Understanding that co-living appeals to the adventurous spirit, we positioned it as more than just a housing option—it was an open invitation to re-think the way you spend your time, money, and life.






           In tune with the trend of bespoke dinner party invites, we opted irreverent hand-drawn sketches and eclectic tape. Candid Polaroids highlight the warmth and emerging bonds of genuine friendship.

The priority of the target market is companionship and experiences.
